Edit Lobby ("we", "us" or "our") is committed to providing high-quality video editing services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
General Terms
All purchases are subject to these terms. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.
All Plans
Refunds:
Passes are non-refundable once activated, which occurs upon sign-up on LobbyOS and/or brief submission.
Unused credits do not roll over and are forfeited at expiration.
Partial refunds for unused credits or videos are not available.
Refunds are not eligible if any of the following conditions occur:
A project is cancelled before editing begins but after sign-up on LOBBYOS and/or brief submission, cancellations are non-refundable.
Once a brief has been submitted, Passes are active within the 30-day validity window from activation.
Cancellations:
Once a brief has been submitted, cancellations are non-refundable.
You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds for remaining active subscription period.
Unused credits remain available until subscription expires.
Premium / Custom Projects
Custom terms, including refund/cancellation, are defined in the service agreement.
Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
Quality-Based Refund Consideration
Refunds are only considered under the following limited circumstances:
A verified technical failure caused by Edit Lobby that renders the final deliverable unusable.
The final video contains objectively measurable deviations from the agreed brief (e.g., incorrect footage, wrong format/specs) — and Edit Lobby has been given the opportunity to correct the issue through the full revision process and has failed to do so.
Refunds will not be considered for:
Subjective dissatisfaction with style, tone, pacing, or creative choices that fall within the scope of the agreed brief.Change-of-mind requests or evolving preferences after delivery.
Feedback not raised during the revision process.
Issues that can still be resolved through available/additional revisions
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for:
Subjective dissatisfaction after brief approval.
Change of mind after work has started.
Delays caused by the client.
Requests outside original scope.
Issues on the client's end (format incompatibility, etc.).
Requests after final delivery and approval.
Payment & Processing
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe charges) are non-refundable and may reduce the refunded amount.

Edit Lobby will review within 2–3 business days.
You’ll receive a written decision or alternative resolution.
